Chiropractic adjustment
Professionally trained and certified

Chiropractic adjustments are a non-invasive technique used by chiropractors. It is when a chiropractor uses their hands to apply a controlled thrust to a joint. This is done to relieve musculoskeletal pain, improve or restore a joints range of motion and it is used as support for posture improvement.
02
Massage
My goal is to relieve your pain
Massage therapy can offer many health benefits for both physical and mental well-being. Massage can release muscle tension and imporve circulation to relieve pain. Massage can also reduce stress, improve sleep and your mood by the release of endorphins.

03
IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) or Graston technique
Releasing areas of restriction

IASTM also know as Graston technique is a type of manual therapy to gently scrape the skin with an instrument. It is used to release areas of restriction or tightness and attempts to break up scar tissue. The effects are similar to other manual therapies with reducing pain and improving function.
04
Dry Cupping
Easing pain and improving blood flow
Dry cupping involves using a suction device to remove air from the cup that is placed over the problem area. The suction force breaks capillaries (tiny blood vessels) under the skin which the body replinishes with healthier blood to stimulate healing at a cellular level.

05
Kinesiology taping
Speeding up your recovery

Kinesiology taping also known as K-tape is used to provide support to muscles and joints without decreasing the ROM (range of motion) of the joint, so it can move freely while helping with musculoskeletal pain. It is also proposed that the K-tape lifts the skin which in turn would improve circulation and decrease inflammation.
06
Active and Passive release techniques
Reducing muscle tension
Active and Passive release techniques are performed by applying pressure to an area while the patient actively or practitioner passively moves the area through its range of motion. This soft tissue technique relieves tension in muscles by getting rid of adhesions caused by repetitive use or muscle overload.
